BSNL authorities have been asked to improve the broadband services offered in Nagercoil district by MP, A.V.Bellarmine. According to the MP, the two divisions of Nagercoil district, Kuzuthurai and Nagercoil are unable to offer customers the best service.
Bellarmine pointed out that there is huge backlog of waiting list in Nagercoil Secondary Switching Area. Around 400 people who have applied long time back have still not received the connection so far.
Bellarmine wanted BSNL to reduce the landline phone tariff and keep a flat rate through out the Nagercoil SSA.
