1.Server not responding: This message will come if your computer is not able to logon to the Internet. Please check if your Ethernet wire is connected properly
2.Authentication Failed: Please check if the Username and Password entered is correct or check if you have balance in your account
3.Cannot find Tata Indicom Broadband Adaptor: - This error will come when the Tata Indicom broadband adaptor has been un-installed or deleted. To correct the problem, please follow the steps below:
If you have Windows XP, then please follow the following steps:
Click on Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Network Connection
Under Network Connection, click on Create a New Connection
New connection Wizard will open, click on Next
Select 'Connect to Internet' click on Next
Select 'Set up my connection manually' and click on next
Select 'Connect using a broadband connection that requires a User Name and Password' and click Next
Enter the ISP name as Tata Indicom Broadband and click on continue
Enter user name and password as register@mail.vsnl.com and register respectively
Click on finish to create the connection
If you are not able to follow the above process, please call the customer care to have Tata Indicom Broadband Manager reinstalled on your system
